Shipping information
At this time we are currently only able to ship to the UK, the USA and Canada via our website. However, if you are interested in any of our products and you are located in other regions, please get in touch with us at: support@grimgringarbs.com and we will do our best to make sure that you are taken care of!
In-stock items will ship in 1-2 business days after the order is placed.
Print on demand items will ship in 3-4 business days.
For pre-order items, the estimated ship date will be noted on the item.
If an order includes both in-stock item(s) and pre-order item(s), the in-stock item(s) will not ship until the pre-order item(s) are ready.
Domestic Orders: Once an order is shipped, it will typically take 1-3 days to be delivered.
International Orders: Delivery times will vary dependant on what shipping option was chosen at check out. Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. We recommend checking your tracking number for up to date progress.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
In this case, we always suggest that you check with your neighbours and/or your local post office. In most cases, packages are found in this way. If not, please contact the courier you chose at checkout directly and explain what happened using your tracking number as reference. We are not held responsible for any packages that show as delivered but are deemed lost or stolen.
Returns & Exchanges
You may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order. The item(s) must be unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition it was received. No pet hair, smells, or signs of wear. You will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping to send it back to us.
NOTE: Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
NOTE: Print on demand items are printed to order and are not eligible for a refund or exchange unless deemed to be defective.
We do not offer size exchanges. We have a great selection of size guides, so please make sure you check these thoroughly before placing your order.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted to us within 30 days after the order has been received.
